📋 Ingredients (serves ~8–10)

500g white corn for canjica (soaked ahead of time)

1 liter whole milk

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

1 cinnamon stick + ground cinnamon to finish

Whole cloves (optional)
- Paçoca (peanut candy) for garnishing and more flavour! (optional)
You can serve it warm or chilled, with a sprinkle of cinnamon and "paçoca" on top — both ways are amazing! ()
🍲 How to Make It

Soak the corn in water overnight (makes it tender faster).

Cook the soaked corn with water until soft.

Add milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar, coconut, cinnamon, and cloves in one pot.
