Shipping/Delivery and Pick Up Policies

Scheduled deliveries, next or same day delivery available EVER YDAY to Toronto and some GTA areas. If you placed your order BEFORE 11am, we could deliver in the same day. Orders received after 11 AM, it will be delivered on the next day or on your scheduled date. We deliver from 9am to 7pm (we schedule a delivery window that fits your preference). You can leave us a note if you need your deliver scheduled for morning or afternoon, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our drives contact you upon arrival. If you are not at home and the driver can not safely leave the package, a returning fee will be charged (up to 100%) as well as a new delivery fee.

If you want to change your delivery/pickup method, please contact us 48h in advance to cancel your delivery or add a delivery fee.

Pick-Up available from Monday to Sundays, during our operation hours.

Wait for the confirmation in your e-mail/text message when your package is ready. If you need your order ready for a specific time, leave it at the notes or call us to let us know. 


Cancellation/Changes to your order: 

    • If you want to cancel, change, or reschedule your order, we ask at least 2 days to do so. If you want to do it within less time, we can try and accommodate. However, charges of up 100% may apply.
    • Contact us through our PHONES in the stores. (Midtown: 416 474-9947 or The Junction: 416 769-1300). Changes or cancellations have to be confirmed by the store.
    • If you want to change the delivery method of your order (from pickup delivery, pickup to delivery or change the chosen store), you can ask for it 48h in advance or your delivery fee will still be charged.

     

    Note: We do not provide replacement, exchange or refund for orders returned to us by the shipping courier or missing products once delivered to the right place. Please ensure to use the correct address and required information. Orders sent to the wrong recipient or location will not be replaced.

    Custom/Party cakes and orders:
