Return / Cancelation Polices

It is very important to us that you experience our products the best way possible and that it arrives in perfect condition. We try our best to accommodate them in a best way with bags, insulated bags for frozen items, to keep it safe and deliver it in perfect conditions It's out of our control any damaged or delayed through couriers.

If your order was damaged or delayed for any reason, please let us know the details and we will analyze every situation individually.

Cancelation/Changes to your order: 

  • If you want to cancel change or reschedule your order we ask at least 2 days to do so. If you want to do it within less time we can try and accommodate. However, charges of up 100% may apply.
  • Contact us through our PHONES OR CHAT TOOL in the online store. (Midtown: 416 474-9947 or The Junction: 416 769-1300). Changes or cancelation have to be confirmed by the store.
  • If you want to change the delivery method of your order (from delivery to pickup, pickup to delivery or change the chosen store), you can ask for it 48h in advance or your delivery fee will still be charged.

 

Note: We do not provide replacement, exchange or refund for orders returned to us by the shipping courier or missing products once delivered to the right place. Please ensure to use the correct address and required information. Orders sent to the wrong recipient or location will not be replaced.
