Shipping policy

• Schedualed deliveries, next or same day delivery available EVERYDAY to Toronto and some GTA areas. If you placed your order BEFORE 11am, we could deliver in the same day. Orders after 11 AM, it will be delivered on the next day or on your scheduled date. We deliver from 9am to 7pm and we can not schedule times. You can leave us a note if you need your deliver scheduled for morning or afternoon, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our drives contact you upon arrival. If you are not at home and the driver can not safely leave the package, a returning fee will be charged as well as a new delivery fee.

If you want to change your delivery/pickup method, please contact us 48h in advance to cancel your delivery or add a delivery fee.

• Pick-Up available from Monday to Sundays  at our Midtown location or Tuesday to Sunday at The Junction location, during our operation hours.

Wait for the confirmation in your e-mail/text message when your package is ready. If you need your order ready for a specific time, leave it at the notes or call us to let us know. 

Cancelation/Changes to your order: 

• If you want to cancel change or reschedule your order we ask at least 3 days to do so. If you want to do it within less time we can try and accommodate. However, charges of up 100% may apply.
• Contact us through our CHAT TOOL in the online store.
• If you want to change the delivery method of your order (from delivery to pickup) you can ask for it 48h in advance or your delivery fee will still be charged.
